Images you upload

Images are sent to our servers only to perform the removal you asked for. The upload and the result are deleted within 24 hours, and neither is ever used to train any model. We use a third-party image-editing provider to process images, and that provider receives the image content for the duration of processing.

Usage data

We keep basic request logs (IP address, request time, outcome) for 90 days to run the free daily limit and to spot abuse. A random identifier is stored in your browser for the same purpose.

Analytics and session recordings

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which may record sessions: the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, aggregated into heatmaps. Recordings are retained for about 30 days. Clarity honors Global Privacy Control where supported, and Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. The images you upload are not part of session recordings.
